| PMC Basics Always wanted to make your own silver jewelry? This is the class for you! PMC is a new and exciting way to make your own fine silver jewelry with little or no tools. PMC was invented in Japan in the early 1990’s. It is a clay like substance that can be molded and manipulated into many shapes and textures which is then fired in a kiln which turns the clay into pure silver. In this basic class we will cover rolling out, texturing, cutting and shaping the clay. We will also cover stone setting of heat safe cabochons and cut gems. Each student will make several pieces of jewelry such as pendants, earrings, charms and rings. Feel free to bring special rubber stamps for texturing if you would like (don’t worry we have tons if you don’t!). Class price includes 28 grams of PMC and two heat safe Cubic Zirconias. Additional clay and stones will be available at class. $140 Book Class
